Glenn joined to the point in 2005 and brought with him nine years of experience in the design field, from architecture and graphic design to account management. He's used to large scale branding projects using mixed media and ensures consistency is achieved across all materials. His approachable and dedicated nature, coupled with his experience and knowledge is the only reason why we keep him on.

Jim brought his talents to the creative field seven years ago. Starting out with an independent image library and continuing at Getty Images, he moved to the design industry in early 2008. He works across a range of client accounts, building and fomenting relationships – liaising with clients and suppliers alike, to see projects smoothly through to successful completion. He'll often be seen hobbling around on a Monday morning, after trying to re-capture his youth on the rugby field!

Penny joined in 2011 and has more than six years' experience delivering communication and marketing strategies, including brand identity, reputation management, corporate rebranding, stakeholder engagement and internal communications. She is responsible for day-to-day project and account management, and as our wordsmith and grammar guru, writes TTP's e-news and blog. Penny also brings northern humour, along with a love of chocolate, shoes and handbags to the table.

Steve Flynn - New Business Steve Flynn - New Business Development

Steve has an extensive background in the world of new business development, as well as three years' experience as a creative account manager in an advertising agency. He is therefore perfectly placed to source exciting new opportunities, while ensuring that our talents as an agency are utilised in the most effective way possible. Always approachable, he is never too busy to offer assistance or advice and is always on hand with a joke or two to provide some light relief. When asked to sum himself up in three words, his answer is the same every time: 'three's not enough'.
