Derwent London are long-term investors in central London and
now own over 1.5 million square feet in Fitzrovia. With this
amount of space comes the responsibility of ensuring that the
buildings play a vibrant part in the future of the area. In 2012, a
research and community engagement programme called
"Understanding Fitzrovia" was commissioned and identified issues
most important to local businesses and residents. Research
