To the point have helped Actis develop their brand through a variety of different projects and this week sees the launch of the Actis’ global brochure. With vibrant colours and strong imagery, the brochure makes use of an unusual format including throw-outs to highlight the company’s core messages and impressive case studies.

Based in Dubai, we were approached on the back of our work for 3i to 'evolve' their brand across all communications.

This month's calendar image depicts a woman with her umbrella sheltering from 'April Showers'. This phrase is particular to the UK and refers to the often chaotic changes of weather we see during this time of year.

One of the major reasons for these heavy showers is down to the 'jet stream' - a band of very strong winds at around 30,000 ft above the earth which control the weather we see on the ground. In early spring the jet stream moves northwards allowing large depressions to bring wind and rain from the Atlantic – so in one day the weather can change from sunshine to sleet and snow – so even if it's sunny outside today, don't forget to pack that umbrella!
