'to the point' commissioned Bonzer Design, to work in partnership with them to produce the award winning 'Best Letting Stand' at this years BCSC exhibition at Manchester's GMEX Centre.

The client, Land Securities, the UK’s largest property company and developers behind Birmingham's Bullring, set the brief for the stand to provide an environment from which they could do business with their key audiences while confirming the brand values they offer.

Tom Foulkes from Land Securities, paid tribute to the excellence of the design saying: "the creative partners that came together for this project allowed us to tap into a huge amount of creative energy, knowledge and experience, with which we have delivered a fantastic stand. The award is confirmation of a job well done"

An impressive visual impact was created with a huge projection wall, six organically shaped information 'pods' a touch screen controlled interactive map of the UK featuring land securities ownerships linked to three 50" plasmas. The 9 x 6m stand was built by Sasex International and incorporated a bespoke central bar area, run by Manchester private members bar The Circle Club.
