Business Centre @ ICAEW - the place to be seen
New wall graphics at the new Business Centre @ ICAEW make it the place to be seen.
A new name and visual concept, with vibrant and uplifting graphics, bring a state of the art business resource to members of the ICAEW when ever they are working in the capital thanks to Design agency, ‘to the point’.
The brand new Business Centre in the Moorgate Head Office of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, opened early 2009, is a modern space, which sits within their listed building in the heart of London’s City. To the Point recognised that modernisation called for a unique visual identity alongside simple but vibrant graphics to complement the contemporary brand values.
Both the new ‘THE BUSINESS CENTRE @ ICAEW” created by to the point, and existing ICAEW brand, were shown using vinyl wallpapers applied to large window spaces looking out to the street. These attract attention and cement the Institute’s location in their imposing offices. Coloured raised lettering has been applied in interesting ways to draw the audience through the new development.
Sue Best, Marketing Director at ICAEW comments: “We needed something that would reflect both the modernity of the new business space and the tradition and heritage of the organisation. To the point have delivered a concept which has had a great response from both members and staff.”
Kevin Cox, Creative Director at to the point added: “The new business centre at the ICAEW required an identity, interior graphics and reception entrance showreel. Our simple yet stylish solutions fulfilled these requirements perfectly, they also moved the Institute forward in a more dynamic direction and changed certain perceptions about them that may have been previously held by their members and the public as a whole.”
The video animation for the newly installed 72-inch screen was designed and animated by to the point’s Head of Digital Media, Ben Jackson. The hi-definition video runs for just under two minutes and instils the key value and benefit messages of the organisation in a rolling loop.
Ben Jackson adds: “More and more corporate clients are asking us to deliver their core values in a multi-purpose digital format that can be used in reception areas, at exhibitions and events, on their website, or even within their own PowerPoint presentations."
We continue to work closely with the ICAEW on both internal and external communications as part of their brand strategy.
