One is greater than three for Ricoh UK

To The Point has just completed the first stage of an advertising and marketing campaign for Ricoh UK, one of the world leaders in digital production printing.

April 1st 2010 sees the official, complete integration of Infotec and IKON into the company and Ricoh asked To The Point to create a campaign that communicates this change to stakeholders, staff and customers.

Kevin Cox, Creative Director at To The Point, says: “Ricoh managed the integration to make it as uncomplicated as possible for both customers and employees and we were keen for the campaign to reflect this clear and unfussy approach.”

The campaign communicates the strategy that the three companies have come together to form a stronger whole. The concept uses a clever one-is-greater-than-three device as an iconic, central graphic across all materials, currently print advertising (industry through to national press), online ads, internal communications and DM. The 1>3 device on the DM was designed to be legible form the outside as well inside, creating a clever cut out ambigram.
