Convenient solution for to the point

London Based design consultancy to the point have been commissioned by Trades Exhibitions to create a new identity, literature and advertising for this years Subpostmaster expo which will now incorporate the 'Convenience and Independent Retailer' show. The new joint show caters for over 17,000 retailers that cross over within these two sectors.

Simon Hutton, MD at to the point says 'the design needed to work at two levels - as an initial attractor to gain attention and build the exhibitor base for the show, and then as a strong brand to pull-in the visitors. The vibrancy of colours underpinned by the barcode concept bring together what was quite an unwieldy title into an effective logo that grabs attention and focuses on the key issues of cost and value'

The design was created by senior designer Mike Stafford and can be adapted to work for specific targeting of the audiences for each show if required at a later date. The identity will be rolled out over the coming weeks in literature and advertising in trade journals.

The show is being held at the Wembley Conference Centre in October.
