to the point makes waves

The Chamber of Shipping’s Annual Review for 2003-04 ‘launches’ next week, designed and produced by London based consultancy to the point. The design has been developed around colour coded illustrations based on the abstract representations of waves, horizons and motion, using a bold, vibrant colour palette that compliments the dramatic range of vessels and interests represented by the body.

Simon Hutton, managing director of to the point said ‘the UK economy is highly dependent on sea traffic for its commercial and strategic partnerships, underpinning the economy and our collective diversity of trade. It is fundamentally important to
raise the profile and awareness of the Chamber’s role through effective and succinct design.’

Designed by Emma Carlin and project managed by Jo Banks, the Review is due for publication next week to co-incide with an industry-wide press launch at their London headquarters on Thursday 11th March.
