Check Out Croydon brand refresh

As part of our ongoing work with Croydon BID we have recently refreshed their ‘check out croydon’ brand – their guide to what’s going on in Croydon regarding shopping, eating out, bars, entertainment and offers.

The refresh takes the vibrant colour palette from the work we have done for the BID’s corporate communications and brings their pledges to the fore, helping to convey a more retail look and feel.

The new look and feel is being applied to the loyalty card which is now called ‘my check out card’ to give it a more personalised appeal. The card can be used to get discounts and offers in a number of Croydon establishments and is also available to non-residents. Card holders will be made aware of which retailers accept the card when they see the relevant shop window sticker we are also producing. To see all the offers and discounts you can view these on the checkoutcroydon.com website, which we are currently giving a refresh to bring it in line with all the materials.

You can also see below the new brand direction in our designs for Croydon BID’s marketing emails. Built in the dotmailer system (based in Croydon no less!), there are 2 matching templates. The first covers Check Out Croydon promotions for events, local businesses and offers. The second of these templates is for Croydon BID communications. These two designs bring the Check Out Croydon and Croydon BID brands closer together and are steering the direction for the website refresh… watch this space!

This work is part of a much wider strategy to help the BID promote Croydon at a time of enormous change and upheaval. These are exciting times with these new and existing construction projects helping to change the face of Croydon.
