London Design Festival
Over the years the festival has played a key role in the growth of the design industry, bolstering London’s position as a global destination for business, culture and tourism, and has contributed to the UK’s reputation as a creative powerhouse. As one of the world’s leading design events, it has also served as the blueprint for design weeks and festivals globally and continues to be a key moment in the cultural calendar.
Better Bankside – An evening of Typefaces
This year Better Bankside (one of the 13 design districts) is promoting its district as the “hub of type” and was keen to get creative agencies located in the area involved in the programme, especially if they had created campaigns around the subject of type or typography. The result is “An evening of Typefaces” held at The Bridge Social, London Bridge. https://londondesignfestival.com/activities/better-bankside-presents-a-evening-of-typeface.
Our force for good campaigns
Whether we’ve been helping London Councils reduce their carbon footprints, promoting art in the community or encouraging the public to leave their mark on the world with a donation to a charity of their choice, these projects show how design itself can be a ‘Force for Good’.
So why not pop along and see what we have to say and meet the team at 6.30pm on Wednesday 18th September, at The Bridge Social, 81 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0NQ (just a short walk from London Bridge Station and Borough Market).
Don’t just take our word for it, this is what Sadiq has to say
“London Design Festival is a fantastic event which brings together designers from across the globe and demonstrates the capital’s position as a powerhouse for the creative industries. London is known for its creativity and continues to attract the best companies and talent from around the world. I’m delighted to support the London Design Festival, which shows that London is open to great ideas, innovation and people from all backgrounds.”
