Founded in 2002, 4VCO are experts in Private Markets operations. They work with asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, fund administrators, and technology partners to deliver end-to-end transformation across operational models, platforms, and processes. From “Discovery to Delivery,” they guide clients through every stage of strategic evolution – offering operating model design, ServiceNow configuration and support, and full-scale operational outsourcing through their Private Equity Support Services (PESS).
Our brief was to evolve the existing brand to reflect the growth and sophistication of 4VCO’s offering – particularly the integration of PESS into their core proposition – and to bring clarity to what can be a complex and multi-layered consultancy model.
From complexity to clarity: the flow chart concept
Our creative direction focused on the idea of “making the complex simple” – a fundamental principle of 4VCO’s approach. We developed a visual language inspired by process flow charts, that the target audience would understand, using simplified graphic pathways to communicate transformation, structure, and clarity. This idea became the anchor of the brand refresh.
We expanded this across a new suite of visual assets, including:

A refreshed website built in WordPress, consolidating and clearly signposting 4VCO’s three core service areas (Operating Model Design, ServiceNow Advisory, and PESS)

Social banners for LinkedIn and other channels, using animated flow graphics and punchy messaging to distil service benefits

Branded Word templates and factsheets, designed for client-facing communications with a professional but contemporary tone
A scalable identity for a growing consultancy
The new identity system allows for future evolution, with the flexibility to highlight individual services or partnerships – such as key technology vendors – while maintaining consistency across channels.
The result is a brand that reflects 4VCO’s unique ability to simplify, structure, and implement operational excellence for the Private Markets industry.
