Email marketing design refresh for Croydon BID

Having recently launched a fresh new website for Croydon BID, our client reached out to ask us to extend the website designs to cover their email marketing templates.

Our brief was to create two fresh e-newsletter templates: one for B2B communications and another for B2C audiences. Following the creative direction of the website, corporate information relating to businesses and levy payers followed the same blue / black scheme as the website’s business section. The consumer focused messaging was geared more towards shopping, news and events and took on a more playful feel, with a broader palette of colours and imagery.

With extensive testing, and working within the constraints of the existing email system, we were able to produce a fresh snappy look for our client’s email marketing communication with a layout structure that works across all common email clients. Setting up a flexible library of content elements and supporting graphics, enables our client to create a variety of email campaigns quickly and with minimum fuss.
Croydon BID’s refreshed marketing drive is already showing results with an improved B2C open rate of 23% (up from 10%) and for B2B a increase to 30% (up from 20%).
The team at to the point delivered exceptional work on our email template redesign. Working within a short timeframe they produced fresh, clean, and engaging templates that align seamlessly with our new website branding while ensuring clear differentiation between our consumer and corporate emails. The professionalism and dedication of both Nikki and James made the project a great success. We couldn’t be happier with the results!
